Opti-Red yeast nutrient is a 100% biological yeast nutrient made of yeast cells (polysaccharides) derived from yeast biomass at the end of the propagation phase. In comparison to yeast cell wall preparations, these polysaccharides are harvested during the autolysis phase of the yeast cells and are enriched with alpha amino acids, vitamins, and minerals
