This flavored tannin still maintains the regular properties associated with the use of tannins such as helping with clarification, stability, oxidation, and aging. Works well in conjunction with low doses of other tannins. Usage: Bench/taste trials are the best way to determine proper dosage for your wine. Generally one may use 0.66 oz per 5-7.5 gal of wine; less with white wines. Mix directly into finished wine 2 weeks prior to bottling. Keep refrigerated.
