Description
This malt can also be used for added head retention and mouth-feel in any beer. Wheat malt is principally used for Weizenbier and Wit beer. This light-colored Wheat malt produces beers with a creamy, spicy flavor, fuller mouth feel, and enhanced head retention. Flavor contributions are sweetness, malty, wheat, and floury.
