A high ester-producing cider strain imparting conferring fresh floral esters, especially when fermented cool.  Produces crisp meads with full honey character, revealing the full potential of your special honey. This yeast has high alcohol tolerance and ferments well over a wide temperature range.    Suitable for brewing all types of mead.  Consistent, top quality results with each brew.  Finally a dry yeast specifically for mead!

Usage Directions: Sprinkle contents directly on top of up to 23 L (6 US Gal) of juice. Allow to float for 20 mins to rehydrate.  Stir well, and stir every day for three days.  Ferment at 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F) for best results.
