Briess Sparkling Amber is a rich malty, caramel-flavored extract that is excellent when used alone or with specialty malts for extract brewing. Adds extra body and richness.  It is also well suited for boosting gravity and color adjustment in all-grain beers. Made from base malt, caramel malt 60 degree L, and Munich malt, color: 10.0 degree L.  It can be used in the production of Pale Ales, Red and Amber ales, Munich style beers, Bock and Oktoberfest beers, Scottish ales, and darker beers including Stouts and Porters.  Available in the 1lb, 3lb, and 50lb sacks.

Sparkling Amber  an excellent malt extract full of flavor and freshness.  SA is a proprietary blend of base, Munich, and 60L crystal malts.  Sparkling Amber is a 100% pure malted barley extract made from 100% malt and water. Sparkling Amber  can be used in the production of all extract beer styles and to adjust the color, flavor and gravity of all grain beers.

Advantages of using extract in a brewhouse include saved time, increased capacity, boosted productivity, extends brew size by adding solids, boosts gravity, adjusts color, improves body and head retention, and extends the brew size by adding malt solids to the wort.
