Still Spirits Distiller’s Vodka Yeast 72g is a premium, active single culture strain specially formulated for superior vodka production with Amyloglucosidase 72g for up to 15% ABV.  Still Spirits Vodka Distillery Yeast is a high yield Vodka Strain with extraordinarily low metabolite production ideal for use with sugar, grain or potato feedstock in Vodka or other white spirit production.  Provides complete nutrition and trace nutrients for easy fermentation of low-nutrition mashes together with Amyloglucosidase enzyme to break down and convert starch and carbs into sugars for optimum yield.  Designed for use when making spirit in the more traditional way, from grain.  Yeast and Nutrient blend sized to a 6.6 U.S. Gallon batch.
