DISTILLERS YEAST 1lb FOIL PACKET RED STAR DADY for DISTILLER’S WHISKEY MOONSHINE STILL

Here’s a one pound nitrogen flushed foil packet of high quality fresh dated distiller’s active dry yeast (DADY).  Tolerates up to 22% alcohol.  This is the same Red Star DADY yeast we sell in 22lb bulk cartons repackaged into one pound packs by LD Carlson or BSG Handcraft (Formerly Crosby & Baker).  This is enough yeast for 500-1000 gallons of mash or sugar wash.  Increase dosage for more rapid fermentation.  Add directly to fermenter as mash is added or add and stir.  Refridgerate after opening.  Requires the addition of yeast nutrients for healthy fermentation.
