By special request here’s a hard to find bit of kit… A red silicone o-ring sized to fit 2″ TriClamp fairly closely.  NOTE: You will need to stretch it just a bit like a rubber band.  This is a soft red Silicone gasket ring sized about right to fit standard 2″ tri-clover or tri-clamp sanitary fittings.  Notice that this is NOT the normal sanitary gasket it is an o-ring which should allow your flanges to fit closer together while still providing a seal, at reduced pressure capacity.

  • 60mm(2.36 Inch) OD, 52mm(2.05 Inch) ID, 2mm(0.08 Inch) Cross-Section Diameter (Not as sure a seal as Tri-Clamp gaskets).
  • Durable silicone with waterproof, temperature resistance, ozone resistance, and strong sealing.  You will need to stretch it just a bit for a good fit.
  • Silicone O-rings round in cross-section to provide a seal between cylindrical overlapping surfaces, and are commonly seen in engines, flanges, valves, and various cylinders.
  • Widely used for gas compressor, heat exchanger, boiler, filter, blender, coffee machine, plumbing, doors and window, household electrical appliance, electronic instruments and so on.
