HARD GINGER BEER BASE LD Carlson Pro Series Premium Soft or Hard Cider Kit Makes 5 Gallons 64oz Jug Just Add Yeast!

$25.00

My favorite summertime drink, refreshing in hot weather with a good level of burn from the ginger.  At last we can offer an easy to make ginger beer kit!  This all-ingredients-in-a-jug kit has a strong and slightly hot ginger character to match the standard. This half gallon jug of nine to one (9+1) concentrate is a blend of high fructose sugars, ginger extract, spices, apple, pear and lemon juices.  The product is prepared, blended, pasteurized, and filled to make a fermentable base for an authentic  ginger beer (or ginger ale) blend at 9.6 Brix.  Simply mix contents (.5 gal) with 4.5 gallons of water and ferment.  Ginger beer’s American origins date from colonial trade with the sugar-producing islands of the Caribbean.  Ginger beer is featured prominently in many of the swashbucklers of the Caribbean colonial period…  A pirate’s drink Arrr!!!    Stores at ambient temperature.  Requires yeast to ferment the hard version  (Not included).  K1V-1116 is suggested.

SPECIAL ORDER SIZES:  Also available in  5 gallon pails (makes 50 gallons) or 52 gallon drums (makes 500 gallons).  Call!
