This yeast is the signature strain for an unnamed brewery in the Northeast United States.  WLP095 has been known to result in more diacetyl, so an increase in temperature at the end of fermentation is suggested.

  • Flocculation: Medium
  • Optimum fermentation temperature: 67-70F
  • Alcohol tolerance: Medium-High (8-12%)
