Fruit puree from fresh key limes. Product contains no preservatives and no additives. Process: Aseptic puree is pasteurized at 160F or higher for a minimum 6 seconds. Puree is cooled and aseptically packaged. Amylase and pectinase enzyme used as process aids. Aseptic puree is guaranteed to comply with FDA, Juice HACCP: 21 CFR Part 120, applicable state and local laws and regulations.

Directions: Use pour spout to dispense the desired amount of puree into your recipe, and refrigerate any unused portion.

Completely Natural product, undiluted, not concentrated, not fermented, preservative-free, obtained from the disintegration and sieving of the edible fraction of the ripe, healthy and clean blackberry fruit. Aseptic Seedless Blackberry Puree is prepared from ripened, washed and sorted marionberry and blackberry varieties. The product contains no preservatives and no additives. Puree is processed through a final finisher screen that is 0.033”. Naturally fat-free and cholesterol-free, low content in sodium, contains 100% non-GMO fruit pureé. Store in a cool, dry place at temperatures below 75 degrees F. In temperatures above 75 degrees F it is recommended to refrigerate below 43 degrees F. Free from the 8 major allergens, Kosher ⓤ, with readable production date coded on package to assure freshness.
