Rice syrup solids are a powdered sugar that lightens both body and color of a beer. Great for use in lighter beer styles. Adds ABV gravity without impacting color or flavor. Lightens body and dries the finish. Use up to 15 percent for American or Japanese-style light lagers. An excellent source of energy and a natural sweetener made from rice consisting of glucose, maltose, and oligo saccharides. 1 pound per 5 gallons is a usual addition. Product packaged by BSG or LD Carlson. Packaging may vary.
