Now for brewers and some soda makers on bottling day you will just dump this pack into your empty bottling bucket then transfer (rack) your beverage on top of the sugar. If your beverage does not already contain yeast add it now. When you have an inch of beverage in the bottom stir a bit to dissolve the sugar. Stir again when transfer (racking) is almost complete. Then bottle your brew and it will carbonate naturally in the bottle!
This is dextrose a highly fermentable sugar in a 5oz pack which provides the perfect carbonation level for 5 gallons of many styles of beverages.
