Just add this coil to your boiling wort 10 minutes before flameout. The boiling wort will sterilize it. At flameout turn on a trickle of water and it will cool a 5 gallon batch to pitch yeast temperature range in about 45 minutes.
Note: The inner bend on the coils have small indentations that are a natural result of the stainless winding process used during manufacturing. By enlarging the photos you can view. As a bonus these help turbulate the cooling water to eliminate laminar flow. The plastic tubing will be crimped in packing where it attaches to the stainless chiller tubing. This does not hurt performance as long as you have flow and will eventually correct itself.
