Factory Pack of three Genuine Buon Vino Super jet filter pads, #3.  These are 0.5 micron nominal ‘Sterile’ filter pads, used for sterile filtration. They are very tight pads that remove very small particulate in your wine, including most yeast and bacteria.

Description

We strongly recommend that your wine be clear already and filter with the #2 pad first before filtering with the # 3 pads or it will take forever and maybe clog.  The coarse ruffled side faces the wine and the screen pattern side faces the output carboy.

INSTRUCTIONS:  Sanitize and soak the pads in one quart of cold water mixed with 0.75 grams of metabisulfite and 3.5 grams of citric acid. Allow the pads to soak until they no longer float, ensuring full saturation for effective filtration.
