What you are looking at is the very best hand held corker on the market.  I have had one just like this for 12 years and never had a bit of trouble with it.  It has corked every bottle I ever set it on and will last you a very long time.   It is not adjustable but it comes perfectly adjusted and never gets out of alignment.  I sell a lot of different homebrew items and could be selling any corker I like.  You will need some upper body strength to use it, put the bottle on a counter and pull down or sit, put it on the floor between your feet, and push down.  This works best especially if you struggle to push in #9 corks.
