A non-aggressive, smooth hop flavor with a fruity aroma more characteristic of english style Pale ales. Palisade are popular for their aromatic and moderate bittering quality, walking the line between bittering and aroma. Similar to the noble hops. Bitterness somewhat like Magnum. Used for Aroma and flavor in English or American style pale ales and rye beer.
