The Create+ Alembic Dome Top is copper and fits on top of your Create+, T500, or Grainfather G-30 Boiler. This can be used in place of the boiler’s stainless steel lid. The large copper surface area of this dome top acts as a catalyst with the vapor in the still and helps enhance and concentrate the flavors and aromas as well as to strip away unwanted sulfur compounds and off-flavors, improving distillate quality. This produces a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit.  Captures and enhances the flavors and aromas from a wash, making it ideal for crafting spirits like whiskey, bourbon, rum, and gin.  Has a removeable stainless steel bulkhead to maintain compatibility with T500 accessories.  Turn your boiler into a microdistillery by attaching the Alembic Condenser to your copper dome top.

Please note that copper is a very soft metal and can be dented quite easily. Store and use with care.  Small dents can usually be rubbed out with a cardboard pad.
