RJS En Primeur kits are the best I have used. RJS adds lots of skins (and not the dried cheap stuff). If you want to take the En Primeur kit to another level, add Llalzyme EX-V, FT Rouge and Opti Red all at the start of fermentation and then add one pack of Super Smoother at bottling. You’ll be blown away!
