This is a 96 ounce #10 style can of RHUBARB fruit concentrate in sweet juice sufficient to make a 3 or 5 gallon batch of wine depending on the included recipe you use. This common wine base makes a fresh tasting, tart wine which is typically sweetened.  Extra ingredients you will need include: table or corn sugar, acid blend, yeast nutrient, pectic enzyme, tannin, campden tablets, wine yeast, potassium sorbate, fermenting bucket and carboy.  A nylon straining bag is suggested to handle pulp.
