Here’s the quick and easy way to oak your wine.  Adds flavor, aroma, and shortens aging time.  Just add a 1oz shot of of liquid oak extract to 5 gallons.  Taste, and if you want more oak flavor, add one or two more tablespoons. Supposed to be the same as Sinatin 17, but not as concentrated you will need to flavor to taste and use more.  Slightly stronger than the LDC Mellow Blender.
