PACIFIC GEM: Pacific Gem hops are mild and fruity without the overpowering aroma of most NZ hops. They impart interesting oak and blackberry characters to beer. With a bite of bitter, these hops can provide a background of bittering with a unique flavor and aroma profile. Goes well in IPA and other Ales.
