Here’s the lid for the perfect bucket for small batch fermentations.  Holds two gallons but use it to ferment 1 gallon at a time.  Pair it up with our 1 gal glass jug with airlock (see other items) and you are making wine!  Useful to put your bottles in when filling.  Controls spills and holds the bottles upright.  These white 2 gallon round IPL food safe plastic containers are made with high melting point nonvolatile FDA compliant polypropylene that doesn’t react to liquids, acids, or bases.
