BRIESS DME PILSEN LIGHT Briess PILSNER Dry Malt Extract 3 lbs

Briess Pilsen dry malt extract (DME)  is a great malt for light Pilsen beers.  Very nice malt flavor and pleasing color.  Adds extra body and richness.  Dry malt extract is packaged in a plastic oxygen barrier bag.  100% pure malted Barley extract comprised of Pilsen malt and carapils malt with a little water.  Has just enough unfermentable solids to give your light beers body and head retention.  Use for light colored beers, yeast starters, or with specialty grains for all beer styles.  Commercially packed by BSG or LDC.  This is the lightest DME there is, often used for yeast propagation and starters.
