Description

This is enough yeast for 11,000-22,000 gallons of mash or sugar wash. In small batches add 1/8 tsp to 1/4 tsp per gallon. Increase dosage for a more rapid fermentation. Add directly to fermenter as mash is added or add and stir. Refrigerate after opening. This is the way to buy RS DADY if you can use this much. Many of our customers for this product have gone on to set up commercial distilleries. Requires the addition of yeast nutrients for healthy fermentation. See our other items.
