Imparts special taste of wheat beers. This wheat malt is perfect for making wheat beers but is also used in barley malt-based beers. Excellent for wheat beers with typical top-fermentd aromas. Made with superior grade white wheat for the production of traditional German Wiessbier and American Wheat Beer. Gives a malty flavor not obtained w/raw wheat.

This malt can also be used for added head retention and mouth-feel in any beer. Wheat malt is principally used for Weizenbier and Wit beer. This light-colored Wheat malt produces beers with a creamy, spicy flavor, fuller mouth feel, and enhanced head retention. Flavor contributions are sweetness, malty, wheat, and floury.
