This is a hybrid, a Wheat Beer that drinks like an ale.  Done in the style of an American Pale Ale, American Pale Wheat is hoppier than traditional wheat beers.  APW utilizes American Cluster and Liberty hops to lend a moderate hoppiness.  BRY-97 yeast ferments a clean, ale flavor profile without the banana and clove phenols that its German counterpart has.  Similar to Bell’s Oberon.
