ZYTHOS HOP PELLETS 1oz Proprietary Blend Hops

Zythos Hops are A proprietary “New Style” pellet blend from Hopunion. Was designed to complement existing IPA and Pale Ale hop varieties. It is an excellent blend for any hop forward beer. The aroma has distinct tropical (pineapple) and citrus tones, with pine and spicy characteristics.  Hopunion had a team of professional hop sniffers blending combinations of hops. The interesting thing about blending hops is like blending wine – the blend actually ends up being different than the sum of the parts.

Alpha Acid 10.0 – 12.5% Beta Acid 4.7 – 6.2% Cohumulone 28 – 31%
