This Yeast Energizer is a Nutrient for yeast that can be used in wine, mead, or beer.  It’s function is to ensure a strong ferment or restart a stuck fermentation. High in nitrogen, potassium, and phosphorous, yeast energizer absorbs the fatty acids that inhibit yeast growth.  Use 1/2 teaspoon per gallon, stir in well prior to pitching yeast.  Packaging may vary.
