Here’s a 500ml bladder of liquid glycerine from Global Vintners.  Glycerin, called ‘finishing formula’ in winemaking circles is used smooth and sweeten your wines and liqueurs.  A little this and a little oak will really make your red wines stand out in the crowd.  This is the food grade Kosher Certified 99.7% PURE FOOD GRADE USP Palm Oil glycerin finishing formula called for as an addition in Still Spirits and Liquor Quik whiskey flavoring and essence mixes.  Also same useful glycerin in hand sanitizer.  Also available in the 4oz, 32oz and 1 gallon.

Description

Glycerin is also known to winemakers as finishing formula. It sweetens, adds body, smooths and mellows wine and liqueurs. For wine, add 1-2 ounces per gallon.  For liqueurs, add 1-2 ounces per quart.  A quality palm oil product imported by LDC from Palms Resources PTE LTD in Malaysia.  MSDS/Product Sheet available on request.

DIRECTIONS:  Your homebrew should be clear, and racked off any sediment, and ready to bottle before adding Glycerine. Add the Glycerine directly to the homebrew. Stir thoroughly to evenly disperse Glycerine.  Most recipes call for immediate bottling.
