Here’s a one ounce factory foil pack of dual-purpose WILLAMETTE (Pronounced “will LAM’ it” out there in the valley) whole leaf hops YCH Hops, formerly Yakima Valley Hops.  The most widely grown aroma hop in the US. A spicy aromatic American finishing hop used in American and British ales and lagers. General Trade Perception as a quality aroma hop with low alpha content.
