Palisade (US) Pellet Hops 1oz – Dual Purpose and Great for Finishing

A relatively new variety Dual Purpose non-citrusy hop with an old european continental aroma once described as “Pretty”.  You get complex perfumatic floral on top with subtle apricot nectar, grassy herb, spice and earthy undertones. A non-aggressive, smooth hop flavor with a fruity aroma more characteristic of english style Pale ales.  Palisade are popular for their aromatic and moderate bittering quality, walking the line between bittering and aroma.  Similar to the noble hops.  Bitterness somewhat like Magnum.  Used for Aroma and flavor in English or American style pale ales and rye beer.
