US FALCONER’S FLIGHT® 7 C’s Hop Pellets 1oz Proprietary Dual Purpose Blend (Slightly Different from Falconers Flight)

Falconer’s Flight 7 C’s is a proprietary blend of 7 or more Pacific Northwest hops.  There are two Falconer’s Flight, this is the 7 C’s version which is slightly more earthy to go well in American Ales.  It is called “7 C’s” because the blend actually contains more than 7 hops (some of which don’t start with a C).  Vary few drinkers or judges will be able to spot any difference at all between the two versions.  Expect distinct tropical notes with a bright citrus showing a and well rounded fruit character, and just a bit more earthy.  Ideal for pale ales, IPA’s and any other hop forward beer style.  Adds a delicious and complex flavor due to the assortment of hops used.  Formulated to add the perfect flavor to your next pale ale!  The blend was created to honor and support the legacy of brewing legend Glen Hay Falconer, a popular American professional brewer who passed away in 2002.
