Many years of research and development have gone into this product which can achieve 20% alcohol by fermentation in just 5 days, something previously considered impossible. This stuff was developed by some crazy Kiwis in New Zealand where home distillation is completely legal. After 36 hours you should have ~14.5% alcohol. Continue fermentation for increased alcohol content, After 5 days you should have 20%!
Fermentation is violent – do not use an airlock for the initial period of fermentation as the extreme CO2 pressure will just blow it off. Just cover with a clean cloth and secure with rubber bands like a drumhead. Product contains an anti-foaming agent, so you should be able to ferment a 5.5 gallon batch in a 6.5 gallon bucket. Follow directions and pay close attention to temperatures for best results.
