Simple, affordable 24″ punch down tool for home winemakers doing small batches.  Regular use of the tool produces a cleaner, clearer, and better tasting product.  Use it to punch the floating cap of fruit back down into the solution.  Can be used with any type of grape or fruit fermentation.  Caps form during the early stages of fermentation when the fruit floats to the top and occasional punching down of the cap increases contact with the skins and prevents trapped CO2.  Easy to clean design, the height is 24 3/4″, grid base is 6” diameter.
