HOPS HELGA (Southern Hallertau) HOP PELLETS 1oz

Helga is a scarce mild and pleasant variety with delicate floral and herbal tones. Sometimes known as Southern Hallertau, Helga is an extremely versatile hop that is very easy to work with. It can be used at any point in the brewing process adding a mildly floral and spicy aroma to your beer.  Brewing characteristics closely resemble that of its noble parent, Hallertau MF. Typical Beer Styles: Ale. Typical Alpha Acid: 4.9% – 7.3%.
