Here’s a lot of 25 new type Red Silicone Grolsch-type flip top beer bottle gaskets to fit standard flip-top ‘beugel’ bottles. These have changed slightly from the old school “guitar strap” red rubber ones and I think they are better. There is NO rubber smell when you open the bag. There was a faint whiff of play-dough right when I broke the seal on my test bag but it is gone now. These seem a little softer and more flexible than the old style rubber ones. The dimensions are the same, 1″ across with a hole that is 1/4″. They are a few hairs thicker than the old type.

The color is a much deeper darker red than shown below because of my flash, but I did want to show you the close up shot of them. I boiled a few of them and they did just fine. Some people recommend taking the gasket off and flipping it over between uses, which helps it wear evenly and allows you to inspect the gasket. To sanitize you can boil them or just spray on some Star-San!
