GLACIER AROMA: Clean and fruit-forward with a hints of pine or cedar along with well defined notes of apricot or maybe blackberry if not overboiled. Ice Tea, Citrus, Melon, mild Mint and Apples also possible.
GLACIER TASTE: Clean and fruity with Apricots on the front and Pine Citrus and Cedar on the back.
GLACIER: Released in 2000 by Washington State University, Glacier is an offspring of French Elsasser, Brewer’s Gold and Northern Brewer. It was selected for its good yield potential and low co-humulone, providing smoothness and balanced bitterness in beer.
