Made of a durable solid black plastic resin.  Measures right at 2 7/8″ (73mm) tall and the tops are 7/8″ (20mm) across.  Threaded to fit most standard taps and tapered to mate happily with the tap without needing a ferrule.  Easy to install or change out current faucets. Made in USA..
