COMPLETE KIT Turbo 500 Copper Alembic Still (STILL SPIRITS ARTISAN DISTILLING SERIES)

This complete still package comes with a boiler, alembic dome, alembic condenser and all the hoses, the water flow regulator, hose and sink attachments and a digital thermometer.  This condenser type retains the flavor rather than stripping it out by refluxing. You will usually want to do a stripping run.  A Pot Still Alembic Condenser is made to work with the T500 Boiler and the Pot Still Alembic Dome Top.  It screws on top of the dome and the dome clamps to the boiler.  The boiler has easy-to-use setting:  ON.  You fill it up and turn it on, it runs until distillation is done.  When the wort level in the boiler runs low the temperature goes up  and that trips the ‘boil dry reset’ button turning the unit off.  You just empty the spent mash and push the reset button on the bottom of the boiler before filling for the next batch.
