Blackprinz Malt is a 500degrees lovibond, De-husked malt with no bitter, astringent, dry flavors or aftertaste. BlackPrinz imparts a very delicate, clean, mild roasted malty flavor. Use Blackprinz in any recipe calling for De-bittered malt.
