Our mild sorghum molasses is sulfur-free and is perfect for all of your healthful baking needs or as an energy-boosting natural health supplement.  Sorgum Syrup is a concentrated wort made from 100% white sorghum grain.  The unique flavor is very mild and the color is a medium brown  (2-3L).  Produced using an all natural, heat and enzyme-based brewing process, it provides proteins and amino acids necessary for yeast nutrition, head retention, and body. It functions as a one-to-one substitute for conventional liquid malt extract, and is gluten free and hypo-allergenic. Often used in brewing gluten-free beers.   Can also be used in any recipe as a unique liquid adjunct to boost initial gravities while increasing overall brewing capacity due to its unique, mild flavor.  Our molassas has a 3+ year shelf life and can be stored in a cool, dry place such as a regular cupboard or pantry.
