Falconer’s Flight is a proprietary blend of several Pacific Northwest hops.  Slightly different from the 7 C’s variant, it is less earthy.  Vary few drinkers or judges will be able to spot any difference at all.   Expect distinct tropical notes with a bright citrus showing a and well rounded fruit character.  Ideal for pale ales, IPA’s and any other hop forward beer style.  Adds a delicious and complex flavor due to the assortment of hops used.  Formulated to add the perfect flavor to your next pale ale!  The blend was created to honor and support the legacy of brewing legend Glen Hay Falconer, a popular American professional brewer who passed away in 2002.

All hops are packaged in oxygen, light and moisture barrier bags. They are purged with nitrogen and stored cold to optimize freshness. Resealable packages feature a tear notch and zipper.
